What are signs I need a new roof?
Repeated leaks, widespread missing or curling shingles, and exposed roofing layers are reasons to arrange an inspection. A single damaged area may need repair rather than replacement, so we check the roof before recommending work.
Should I choose metal or architectural shingles?
Both can protect a home when the full roof system is installed correctly. Standing seam metal has continuous panels and sheds snow readily; architectural shingles offer a textured appearance. Roof slope, ventilation, and snow movement matter with either choice.
